In order to determine if you would like to hire an attorney, you should consider how much the attorney will charge for services and the attorney’s legal experience. It also is important that you feel comfortable with the attorney when you speak with him or her.
The rates charged by an attorney may vary depending upon the difficulty of the case, the time involved, and the reputation and experience of the attorney. Some may accept monthly payments if you cannot pay the full amount up front. To avoid confusion ask how much you will be charged for a particular service and whether payment options are available.
